Attended a recent sip and paint event , superbly organised. Food was very fresh and beautifully presented and the choice of drinks was just perfect. The cocktails 10/10 . Plenty of paint for everyone and atmosphere was lovely. Well done Ruby, Vanessa and not forgetting the bar staff and kitchen staff. Look forward to the next event.

Very enjoyable Sip & Paint evening. Our host Ruby was most welcoming and very professional on our arrival to Stratford Manor. The evening was superb,very friendly atmosphere. We were presented with a beautiful cheese and prosciutto platter and accompanied by gorgeous cocktails and wine supplied by Patryk. We created lovely art work on our gin glasses to take home as a memento of our evening. Well done to all the team.

Here’s a cheerful, slightly tongue-in-cheek review you could post: We had a fantastic stay at Stratford Manor Hotel and would happily return. A special mention has to go to Ruby on reception, who was professional, friendly, welcoming, and showed the patience of a saint when checking us in while my son was operating at approximately 300% normal energy levels after consuming half a packet of Sour Patch Kids in the car. She handled the situation with a smile and made us feel immediately at home. The facilities were excellent. The pool was great, the garden games were a huge hit with the family, and the games room kept everyone entertained. There was plenty to do without ever feeling crowded or stressful. Breakfast was an absolute highlight. The buffet was delicious with lots of choice, and the breakfast team were outstanding—friendly, helpful, attentive, and genuinely lovely. The service was excellent and made for a great start to the day. Overall, a brilliant family-friendly hotel with wonderful staff, excellent facilities, and a breakfast worth getting out of bed for. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable!

What a wonderful evening I had with friends last week at Stratford Manor’s ‘Sip and Paint’ evening. Ruby and Vanessa were fantastic hosts, very friendly and informative. Instructions were clearly written down as well. The cocktails were fantastic and charcuterie boards were delicious and plentiful. I went with friends and made new friends during the evening. A very relaxed atmosphere. Sign me up for the next one 😊 PS I haven’t painted recreationally since my water colour days in Infant school and look what I managed to produce 😄

Stayed last night. Everyone was very helpful and the room was really nice and roomy. A fan was very useful as no air-conditioning. The morning breakfast was super nice and the lady Laura was most helpful in looking after us. Thanks. 😃

My boyfriend and I went here for our first ‘getaway’ for our 3 year anniversary - we are 17 and 18 and worried that the spa wouldn’t do treatments due to our age but the hotel was friendly, accommodating, safe, very clean, and modern! The service/staff were amazing in the reception, restaurant, bar and housekeeping and the rooms were beautiful! Thank you especially to Jade and Ellie ~ they were amazing in treatment and so so helpful (giving us cards and a price list and explaining what each product does) when we were purchasing a few ELEMIS products! The hotel is only 7 minutes away from Stratford Upon Avon centre so is close and accessible, I would definitely come back here, and hope we do soon!

We went to this hotel on spur of the moment. What a great find , all the staff was excellent, The swimming pool & spa were good . Definitely go Back next time I’m visiting stratford upon Avon

The staff at the hotel were fantastic they could not do enough for us. The food was amazing 🤩. Room was lovely, could have done with air conditioning as the weather was extremely hot, but Ruby got us a decent fan. We didn’t get to see the surrounding areas as our dog (Bailey) was very poorly and we couldn’t take him out of the hotel grounds. We would definitely stay here again.

My sister and I both had a facial with Ellie and Olivia, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. They were both so friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the treatment. It was genuinely the best facial we’ve ever had—I was so relaxed that I fell asleep! We both left feeling refreshed with glowing skin. We would highly recommend Ellie and Olivia and can’t wait to come back!

Just finished a spa weekend with my three daughters. The treatments were amazing. I had a back, face and neck massage from Olivia which was super relaxing. The rooms are lovely and the food and drink is great. Definitely returning.

This is a really lovely hotel and very reasonable price for the quality. The Spa is small but lovely and treatments were fantastic, Ellie was really fab. Food was excellent. Rooms clean and comfortable. Would benefit from air con but fan was provided and was comfortable enough.

Love this hotel excellent location quiet lots free parking. Staff are excellent, the gentleman in charge of evening restaurant he was very helpful and polite. Barman who served afternoon tea he was brill made sure our dog had water durning the very very hot days. Food brill room spotless. For your info I had an email said from Q hotels asking for feedback started to complete, suddenly stopped, Microsoft popped up saying spam , so I deleted it. Best hotel we have stayed and will be back .

We went the Monday after our wedding to relax enjoy some quiet time before we go back to work! The spa truly allowed myself and my new wife to do just this

Excellent hotel. Staff very friendly. Food excellent. Rooms and facilities all within very reasonable distance. Good parking. Only criticism is that the rooms have no fridge, so that in the recent very hot spell, any drinks taken to your room are lukewarm very quickly. Just 3 miles from the town centre with excellent transport links. Really liked this hotel, and especially the staff.

On arrival I was welcomed by the friendly reception team who promptly contacted the spa to check me in. Rally greeted me and was outstanding from there. Firstly confirmed my preferred treatments and allowed me to add another one as an extra treat, lunch order taken efficiently (with good choice available), explained where to find everything and she also did my treatments later on in the afternoon. BNS Massage, Express facial & foot treatment all fantastic. Clean facilities, experienced, knowledgeable & friendly staff & yummy lunch. Thank you for looking after me on my very rare…work free, child free relaxation day!

Would recommend anyone to book a stay at the hotel the all the staff were excellent room was serviced every day everywhere in the hotel was clean prices in the bar drinks and food were reasonably priced will be booking again

Great place for our family get together. Rooms were booked well in advance to secure adjoining rooms to accommodate the younger members and their respective parents. Rooms very well located. Only downside being our stay over the latest heatwave. Rooms were exceptionally hot although the reception team had made every effort to leave the prepared rooms with curtains drawn. Fans were provided but were really not of the standard to cope with the environment we faced. Some appliances were definitely in need of replacement. Had breakfast each day plus one night for full family celebration in the dining room. The staff were brilliant and the choice of food ala carte was suitable, and well presented. The dining room is suitably casual. Service was very good with plenty of staff. They were very cheerful and efficient. Location of the hotel is very suitable for visits to both Warwick and Stratford upon Avon. There is a bus stop adjacent to the hotel entrance. Regular services all day except Sunday, which has a reduced service. Very convenient. Reception had photo copies of the timetable. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool, and found the dedicated times for them to be ok. Noted a the games room was also well attended. Considering the hotel hosts large events as well as routine leisure guests, the staff do a fantastic job. Well done indeed.
