Lovely trip with a friend for a spa trip with a great meal which was delicious and the service was fantastic by Archie! We were well cared for and it was such a lovely environment. Thank you for a great time!

I came with friends for a spa day, treatment and lunch and was generally very happy. We enjoyed a few hours relaxing in the spa by the pool and in the sauna and steam room, followed by an extremely relaxing and enjoyable facial carried out by a lovely young lady called Ellie who was very confident and friendly in a brilliant way. The facial its self was absolutely lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The lunch however was quite poor as me along with all my friends were not satisfied with the limited options with the day and the overall quality of the food which was sadly very poor. However all the staff were lovely and I had a very enjoyable experience and would recommend everything apart from the food.

A perfect base for visiting Kennilworth, Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon. The welcome we received at reception made us feel at home. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at this hotel and the quality of the food was excellent. What made this stay exceptional was the staff, everyone we encountered went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. All the staff should be congratulated on their cheerfulness and helpfulness, it really does make a difference.

Excellent Hotel, first class amenities, rooms spotless, great location, all staff were excellent, thanks to Archie who made an excellent break brilliant we will certainly return.

We came for the day to use the spa and have some lunch. Thank you to archie who was really helpful and chatting but was also happy to bring our food outside for us!

Very nice hotel and thoughtful provision for older children to include giant Guess Who, chess, table tennis and pool. The leisure facility is modest but ample for what we needed. The pool is nice and warm compared with others. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard. Our server Archie was particularly helpful at lunchtime and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Many thanks.

We were staying for a family event, 10 adults adults and 11 children. The hotel was perfect for our requirements. The children were very happy playing in the pool, the outside play area and the games room. The rooms were beautifully clean and beds comfortable and the quality and menu choice for the evening meal was excellent. Breakfast was good too. All the staff were helpful , friendly and remarkably tolerant with the little ones. We plan to return for another family reunion next year.

We didn't stay at the hotel but used the facilities for a Spa Day. It was was all good but the thing that really elevated the whole experience was the staff. We had a light lunch in the Bar area and Archie was fantastic - friendly, helpful, professional... everything that you'd want for a front of house staff member. A real credit to the hotel. And during the afternoon we both had back massages with the wonderful Olivia. I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I've ever had and I felt fantastic afterwards.

My husband and I had a wonderful 1 night spa break at Stratford Manor Hotel. Couldn’t fault it. Food in the restaurant was lovely & Archie who served us was really friendly and gave us great service. The spa facilities are good (it’s the second time I have been now) and our spa treatments with Olivia & Ellie were fantastic. I’ll hopefully be back very soon. Would highly recommend 😊

Truly Grateful for having this break. My kids and I enjoyed our stay, especially the pool! The outdoor games!! Fantastic! Some suggestions to make this an even better experience: Cold water in summer hot days in the rooms, perhaps investing in better fans/ ceiling fans in summer as the heat was extreme, informing visitors there is no air conditioning in the rooms. Also- having kids meals options for ordering food when booking stay, more vegetarian options/ kosher/ halal. Affordable food options. Breakfast- excellent variety perhaps- boiled eggs, scrambled to offer too, fired bread did not go well with the fried egg. Perhaps pan fry them? I would definitely recommend with adjustments.

Had an amazing time at the hotel, got upgraded on arrival, package was amazing, food was amazing, spa facilities were amazing, just couldn't fault any part of the visit.

Went for an overnight stay with my husband and two young children, it was absolutely amazing from the minute we arrived to the minute we left, the food was lovely and the service was brilliant, very friendly and family oriented. Id definitely recommend and go again. Such a lovely place.

Sultana gave me the BEST scalp, neck and shoulder massage! Would highly recommend and will definitely come back!

Booked a 1 night spa stay for 2 including dinner and a 50 min treatment. The stay was good value for money - spacious room and food was very nice. Although no air conditioning the tower fans in the room ensured the room was comfortable im the heat. Great service on reception providing spa Prosecco voucher so we could opt to have with our dinner. Service was good and we enjoyed some lovely cocktails in the evening. The spa area is small and busy with families so not the relaxing space we were looking for but the outside seating area was nice and it was much quieter in the day when families were off discovering Stratford. The spa staff deserve a special mention as they were very accommodating in moving our spa treatment as we arrived late due to the traffic. Many thanks to Olivia for re-arranging. We had a great Elemis facial from Jade and Maisie which including a very relaxing head massage. We left Stratford Manor feeling revived and appreciative of the service we received.

Really enjoyed our experience, pool very warm, sauna and steam room great, all the spa areas clean and really liked the tester products of Elemis. Our lunch and service was great and finally my facial by Ellie was fantastic very relaxing, my skin felt great afterwards and head and shoulder massage was relaxing with the oils helping to condition my hair as an extra bonus … definitely recommend this spa treat.

Came for a spa day for our wedding anniversary and being 30 weeks pregnant I decided the pregnancy massage would be the best treatment option and wow, I feel so relaxed and well looked after, my therapist Olivia was truly amazing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment.
