The hotel is close to town with a bus stop right outside , the amenities are great lovely pool and spa. , big free carpark At Dinner David & Charlie were efficient friendly and helpful with recommendations too. Would definitely recommend here

Great location with plenty of open ground for our dogs to run and close to bus stops! All staff were wonderful but especially Zoe and Laura who were so friendly and helpful The food was delicious too! The hotel atmosphere was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very comfortable beds and good sized rooms ! Great value and we hope to return soon!

On a whole the hotel was lovely and we enjoyed our stay, however we were booked into a spa break and on the day of arrival we were contacted by the spa staff asking if we could have our treatments earlier than we had booked.... we then changed our plans and arrived earlier. The spa staff were rather unorganised and we then ran late with our treatments and I in fact sat waiting over half an hour and I had to draw to their attention that I was waiting. Dinner in the evening I ordered a fillet steak and in fact received a tea bone steak which was rather fatty, I did query this and the hotel kindly offered us a free desert. I didn't check my bill but on returning home I had been charged for a t bone steak and an extra meal of a chicken dish that we had not ordered... in fairness to the hotel when I contacted them on my return home they refunded the extra meal I had been charged for... good job I checked my bill.... I had an elderly relative with me and one of our evenings I did have to call reception at midnight to complain that there was a lot of noise in our corridor and that I heard broken glass... the hotel were very prompt and addressed the issue which they dealt with very swiftly. Bearing in mind all the above, I would certainly visit again. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

We had a lovely stay here meeting up with family from different parts of the country. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the room was bright and airy and very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and ate in the restaurant on the first night. The food was of a high standard and beautifully presented. We thought the location was very good and only a short drive from the city centre. Stratford upon Avon is such a vibrant clean and lovely place to visit. Would stay here again if we come to Stratford in the future. The breakfast team (Zoe, Julie, Aziz, Laura Tom and Sam) were so polite and friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed with my daughter and grandchildren. The staff here are amazing… without exception, all were helpful and very welcoming. We had breakfast both days and it was excellent. We ate in both the bar and restaurant… really good food and good value. I had the crab and crayfish thermoder and it was amazing. The pool was lovely and warm. We visited Warwick Castle and Stratford… 2 great days. I can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you all for a fantastic short break!

We had the perfect stay. The hotel is lovely. Rooms spacious and clean. All the staff were so professional and friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. My boys loved the games room and we had a great movie night in the cinema. Well worth it!

Excellent staff in all areas of the hotel . Nice breakfast and the cinema room and games room was a bonus . The pool area and gym needs a bit of tlc.

My wife and I stayed at Stratford Manor for 3 nights to visit Stratford upon Avon. The Hotel staff were absolutely brilliant, very efficient and friendly. We could not fault any aspect. The food was excellent so we ate in every night. The private cinema showing Netflix is a nice addition. Megan in the restaurant and Ruby at reception were particularly helpful and noteworthy in their service. The only slight fault was the foyer/ reception area was cold as the doors were frequently left open to tge cold wind. The spa and pool facilities were pleasant but cleanliness could have been better. The Hotel is situated on a very large plot of land and we felt the outdoor space could be better utilised. More trees in this space would be great. The dilapidated tennis court needs addressing.

Just stayed for 3 nights in business . The hotel staff are fantastic, Zoe was fab at breakfast.

The hotel proved to be an excellent base for exploring Stratford. We much enjoyed the room, the pool and all the facilities. Special mention has to be made of Emma at Reception who went to great lengths to sort out a query and was charming throughout. Thanks, Mark

A lovely hotel. The staff were all excellent, very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. The breakfast set up is fantastic and all the food we had was delicious, with everything very well organised by the staff. We'd love to return to the hotel for another stay soon. Thank you so much.

This was a much looked forward to ‘respite night’ away with a dear friend. A beautiful hotel, in a gorgeous setting - and staff who all went ‘over and above’ to be friendly, helpful and informative. The room was everything we needed (well needed to ask for a shower cap - which was readily provided - and in hindsight glad they aren’t wasted by just putting in every room then needing to dispose of each day). The restaurant - for both dinner in the evening and breakfast in the morning - was clean, delicious food and beautifully presented. David was fabulous in the evening, Laura and Julie so kind and fabulous for the breakfast in the morning. Just want to mention Emma on reception who was so very helpful in securing an early check-in, so that we could get straight into room on return from theatre (as I managed to book on the night of parents evening, so needed to login for remote meetings). WiFi excellent, swimming pool (didn’t use this time) and even a games and cinema room. All round an amazing experience. Thank you to all.

The whole team including the Breakfast team Zoe, Tom, Azic, Laura, Keith, Sam, Jock, were great at looking after us. Love this hotel and all the staff . I have met my sister annually for a weekend spa break for the past 3 years and it’s a regular future place we’re going to continue to go as it’s so friendly , helpful and organised

I stay at Stratford Manor several times a year. It is always very welcoming and dog friendly. As a breakaway club member, you also get a free drink as well as 50% off the very reasonable charge of £25 per stay. Food is very good and service, first class. They have a large area of grounds at the rear of the hotel which is excellent for dog walking. There are several electric vehicle chargers too.

The position was ideal in that you were away from the hustle of Stratford which was only minutes away by car. The staff could not of been more friendly with comfortable clean rooms and excellant food. As the hotel was in a country area, sound was not a problem. As we booked for 3 nights including breakfast and dinner under “Black Friday” value was exceptional.

Stratford Manor Hotel in Stratford upon Avon was a trip organised for my birthday. The location to the town was brilliant as you could hop on a bus right outside the hotel. The rooms were a good standard just lacking a little extras, eg robes& slippers. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms were a bit”tired”. The staff, everywhere were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble, especially the breakfast team- Julie , Laura , Harris & Azic. Two other members that stood out were David and Matt, these were two individuals who knew how to engage and make people feel comfortable and at home. .

Excellent weekend, easy parking, the staff could not have done more. Located just out side of town-perfect, good sized clean room, the only downside was 169 was too far away from the center - up or or a couple flights or 7-ish but a plus point was it was quiet. bar was good and the breakfast hit the spot with the buffet style. lots of uncontrolled children running amok with parents just looking on. Overall a great break, a real nice touch was the birthday from the staff which my wife loved..

Lovely comfortable hotel. We've stayed several times and keep returning. Lovely breakfast with very helpful friendly staff (the breakfast team with Julie and Laura were very good) There is a spa there but not tried it as the swimming pool does not open until 8 am on a Saturday which is later than we want.

Lovely hotel , staff brilliant , breakfast and dinner excellent with plenty of choice and nice ambience in restaurant. Highly recommend
