Great place for our family get together. Rooms were booked well in advance to secure adjoining rooms to accommodate the younger members and their respective parents. Rooms very well located. Only downside being our stay over the latest heatwave. Rooms were exceptionally hot although the reception team had made every effort to leave the prepared rooms with curtains drawn. Fans were provided but were really not of the standard to cope with the environment we faced. Some appliances were definitely in need of replacement. Had breakfast each day plus one night for full family celebration in the dining room. The staff were brilliant and the choice of food ala carte was suitable, and well presented. The dining room is suitably casual. Service was very good with plenty of staff. They were very cheerful and efficient. Location of the hotel is very suitable for visits to both Warwick and Stratford upon Avon. There is a bus stop adjacent to the hotel entrance. Regular services all day except Sunday, which has a reduced service. Very convenient. Reception had photo copies of the timetable. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool, and found the dedicated times for them to be ok. Noted a the games room was also well attended. Considering the hotel hosts large events as well as routine leisure guests, the staff do a fantastic job. Well done indeed.

Amazing Spa day. All of the staff were extremity attentive. The spa facilities are basic but well maintained and looked after. The patio garden area is a lovely space to sit and read in the sun! I had a relaxing ritual massage and it was amazing - Olivia the therapist was extremely good at her job! Would definitely go back!

Great experience from the start. Phoned a few days before to see if anything was needed for upcoming visit. Clean well layed out room. Staff attentive and polite. Restaurant staff friendly food good. Used the pool which was warm and clean. Would recommend to family.

We spent three nights there and were pleasantly surprised. The welcome was very friendly, and staff was helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean and nice. We had dinner every night in the restaurant and the food was good and reasonably priced. We had breakfast on the last day, and the buffet had everything you'd want. We will definitely be back next time we need a centrally placed hotel closed to the M40.

Just a single night stopover on the way to the British Grand Prix. Really nice place, quiet and well kept, loads of parking and staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was fairly roomy for a basic and breakfast was tasty. Also, very reasonably priced when I compared it to nearby places.

Lovely hotel, great friendly staff. Food was excellent. We had Breakfast and Dinner. 3 miles from Stratford with a bus stop at the entrance.

Been here twice before absolutely lovely the rooms spotless clean everything on hand very well maintained hotel breath taking views scenery the only problem was my friend chair broke at dinner time she fell of her chair it happened to another lady as well on our coach we sat down for dinner and the chair came apart it wss soon rectified but it shouldnt have happened in the first place. Went by coach on mystery tour food and drink very good filling and lovely well presented. Breakfast very good plenty of tea and coffee i would like to have tea and coffee setved to me at dinner there was no drinks served to me or to any other guests maybe get guests tea coffee after dinner as well. Expensive to use the spa and swimming pool only spent one night here. Breakfast could have been a little better not much choice when we came down for breakfast had to wait for things to be done but overall a very good stay all staff pleasent and welcoming. I didn't like it when it was paynent on card only cashless hotel i like to know what am spending while im away. All payments done by debit card now in the hotel its a little inconvenience for me. Its very good hotel fantastic house keepers just a few things that needed to be done other wise it would have been 5 star if the seats didnt break and breakfast as well. Plesse do tea and coffee at dinner there was water on the table but i dont drink water

I come here once a month for breakfast and I am never disappointed. The staff, the food and the atmosphere is one that makes me keep returning A special shoutout to Laura, Aziz and Ruby and Megan from Reception Keep it up guys👍🏻

Staff so friendly ,room very nice and clean, no air con but fan provided, Breakfast buffet superb, restaurant prices were ok also.Swimming pool and gym also very good, Hotel so close to Stratford upon Avon, will definitely be back.

Went to the spa for a massage and the treatment was lovely. The staff were attentive, friendly and skilled. The other spa facilities were great such as the sauna and steam room but changing room was small. We arrived when it had been a kids swimming class so was very busy, but once it calmed down it was much more relaxing.

Excellent as usual. Staff are always very helpful and dog friendly. My room was very comfortable and had everything you need. Service in the bar was very good. The only problem is , as a regular visitor, the menu doesn’t change and being vegetarian you have just three options. This usually means I may have dinner in the bar one night and eat elsewhere on other nights. If the choices were better, I would not have to travel into the Town to eat.

Lovely quiet hotel. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast was a very pleasant experience thanks to aziz and julie as the ensured a safe food environment for me ensuring everything was gluten free that i had.

Although there was some issues with keycard the lady at reception was very friendly and helpful taking me and my partner to our room and chatting with us on the way. The room was very spacious and clean. Our stay was very nice and definitely a great final night for the road trip I was on. The only thing I could say that could have improved the stay was that due to the heat (which I know was out of the hotel’s control) the room was very warm and the fan provided wasn’t very effective at helping so either getting better fans or air conditioning installed would of been better. Overall I’d rate my stay a 9/10

Stratford manor hotel was an excellent choice for us. The rooms are well proportioned, clean and decorated to a high level. The hotel is expansive and airy enabling guests to have their own space. This includes the dining room, bar, and spa. Even the hotel reception and corridors are roomy. Coupled with good food and helpful staff enabled us to have quite relaxing few days of tranquility. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in a dog friendly room as we travelled with both of our dogs. It was very clean and quiet. We had no trouble with our dogs. The rooms were a good size and had fans as the weather was quite warm. The breakfast was very good buffet style which we ate in the bar area as dogs were not allowed in the restaurant. This was a great area and quieter.

We had a fantastic time at Stratford Manor Hotel and couldn't have asked for a better experience. To celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, the hotel kindly upgraded our room and even left us some free prosecco, such a thoughtful touch that made our stay extra special! The staff and spa team were incredible. Maisy gave us a fantastic couples massage, and while I didn't catch the name of the other therapist, both were top-tier. Food-wise, the chicken pie at dinner was genuinely incredible, and breakfast the next morning was lovely with plenty of great options. The spa pool and sauna area could use a little TLC as they are looking a bit dated, but it didn't take away from our overall experience at all. Overall, a flawless stay with top-notch hospitality. Still an absolute 5-star experience from us, and we’d love to return!

This was for a reunion and I was unsure about whether to book the hotel however it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The hotel was very comfortable with very good parking close to Stratford on Avon town and nearby access to public transport The staff were very helpful especially those at the breakfast who were extremely good at dealing with my daughter’s gluten allergy. It was a pleasant experience and although generally I usually stay in another brand hotel accommodation I would book this accommodation again if visiting Stratford on Avon
