Amazing
Had an amazing time at the hotel, got upgraded on arrival, package was amazing, food was amazing, spa facilities were amazing, just couldn't fault any part of the visit.
Lovely place to stay 🥰
Went for an overnight stay with my husband and two young children, it was absolutely amazing from the minute we arrived to the minute we left, the food was lovely and the service was brilliant, very friendly and family oriented. Id definitely recommend and go again. Such a lovely place.
Best massage
Sultana gave me the BEST scalp, neck and shoulder massage! Would highly recommend and will definitely come back!
Accommodating spa stay
Booked a 1 night spa stay for 2 including dinner and a 50 min treatment. The stay was good value for money - spacious room and food was very nice. Although no air conditioning the tower fans in the room ensured the room was comfortable im the heat. Great service on reception providing spa Prosecco voucher so we could opt to have with our dinner. Service was good and we enjoyed some lovely cocktails in the evening. The spa area is small and busy with families so not the relaxing space we were looking for but the outside seating area was nice and it was much quieter in the day when families were off discovering Stratford. The spa staff deserve a special mention as they were very accommodating in moving our spa treatment as we arrived late due to the traffic. Many thanks to Olivia for re-arranging. We had a great Elemis facial from Jade and Maisie which including a very relaxing head massage. We left Stratford Manor feeling revived and appreciative of the service we received.

Really enjoyed our experience, pool very warm, sauna and steam room great, all the spa areas clean and really liked the tester products of Elemis. Our lunch and service was great and finally my facial by Ellie was fantastic very relaxing, my skin felt great afterwards and head and shoulder massage was relaxing with the oils helping to condition my hair as an extra bonus … definitely recommend this spa treat.
Spa day
Came for a spa day for our wedding anniversary and being 30 weeks pregnant I decided the pregnancy massage would be the best treatment option and wow, I feel so relaxed and well looked after, my therapist Olivia was truly amazing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment.
A birthday treat that was spot on!
We came for a Spa day as a family (2adults, 1 18year old) as a treat for all of our birthdays. We had the most amazing day!! The spa was brilliant, excellent facilities. Treatments from Olivia and Kal were spot on and we felt truly spoilt. When greeted at the front desk, the lady who booked us in and showed us around was very attentive and present whenever we needed her (sorry I didn’t catch her name!) she always made sure we were ok when we saw her. The lunch was just what we needed and the staff in the restaurant were also fantastic. We will definitely be coming back!

Nice family hotel
Ideally located just outside Stratford this is a very nice family hotel. Our rooms were comfortable, clean and with good sized bathrooms and plenty of storage space.The weather was very hot during our 3 night stay and each room had a fan and sheets in place of duvets. The pool was a great facility with 2 periods during the day when children could use it. We dined in the restaurant on 2 nights and the food quality was very good. Meals are also available in the bar. We found the staff very helpful, especially Megan on Reception.
Great hotel with friendly staff
Short two day stay with standard double room, this was larger than expected, clean and tidy, good sized TV and two seats not the usual one your would expect. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Breakfast choice was very good with fresh pancakes and made to order egg options also available served quickly to your table. Lovely pool and sauna available including the day of departure which I thought nice. The staff were all brilliant all attentive friendly and eager to help. Will return again.

Super stay at Stratford Manor
Just had a lovely 2 night stay, taking my mum for a birthday treat, along with my youngest child age 5. Pool was the perfect temperature, some fun outdoor games on the terrace, spacious rooms and all very clean. Just a very short bus ride/drive in to Stratford centre itself but felt like you were miles away from all the hustle and bustle of life. Chicken, leak and ham pie was delicious, and all food looked amazing. My daughter really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, can’t fault it. The team of staff completely made the visit 10 out of 10 for us. So friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Megan on reception and Dave in the restaurant, outstanding and a credit to the establishment. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be making a return visit.
A wholesome stay
Lovely stay at Stratford Manor. Usually a 2 night stay, but on this occasion, just the 1 night. Location is superb, short drive into Stratford-upon-Avon. We travelled with a 16month yr old and even with the cot bed that was provided, you aren't struggling for space. Room was clean as always. Customer service from check in to check out and everything in between was 5*. Service with an abundance of smiles. Christmas stay already booked!!!!

Excellent value and quality
Fantastic deal of dinner, bed and breakfast, use of spa and 25min treatment. I’m leaving my car had a flat battery sbd the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. One of the staff came out with jump leads to help me and sorted it. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.
Loved it
The hotel is well located just outside Stratford a short drive in or you can catch the bus if you want a drink in town, there is a nice calm atmosphere in the hotel which is very clean and well presented the food in the restaurant was lovely and plentiful, the room we had was very clean and spacious, the spa was clean with a warm pool loved it, the staff were helpful and polite nothing was to much trouble, we hope to visit again would recommend it.
Professional staff
From arrival to departure every member of staff we interacted with were very professional and willing to help. Our room was very large and clean, but could do with a repaint in places. Great kids games room and outdoor area. We did not use the pool on this visit. Very good value for money and restaurant food was good.

Guests are invited to use the Health Club facilities on a complimentary basis during their stay, between check-in at 3pm until check-out at 11am.

Access to the facilities is subject to availability and capacity at the time of use.

Spa treatments are available at an additional charge.

If you've booked a treatment with us, you'll be given a complimentary fluffy robe and towel to use for the duration of your spa experience, and slippers/flip flops can be purchased from the spa team on arrival. Alternatively, you're welcome to bring along your own footwear. 

Our treatments are suitable for people over the age of 16. We do not provide treatments for children under 16. 

A number of our spa packages include a delicious light lunch and a glass of Prosecco. Our menu changes regularly, but please call the spa on 01789 731173 if you'd like further information. You can also upgrade to an indulgent Afternoon Tea if you'd like an extra treat.
