My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night spa break. A wonderful hotel. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The food at breakfast and dinner is exceptional ! Delicious vegan choices for my friend too. All beautifully presented. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, from Daisy who welcomed us on arrival at reception, to Katherine and Megan who looked after us at dinner, and Julie and Aziz who were lovely at breakfast. We loved the pool and spa area. Our treatments were excellent! We would highly recommend a stay here. We will be coming back again!

Lovely location very close to Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Courteous and attentive staff. Good food, spacious rooms with good amenities. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Hi Staff were great . Gym a little small and too hot .As breakfast at weekends doesn’t finish until 11:00, I feel that checkout should be midday . We stayed for a family 80th dinner and the room and staff were exceptional and a credit to the hotel .

Peaceful, modern and well appointed hotel, with excellent WIFI for business working. Great team, very friendly and helpful. A decent restaurant, would stay again.

We came to Stratford Manor for a family celebration and could not have asked for a more fabulous location! The staff were so welcoming throughout the hotel. We checked in with two dogs and they gave us a goodie bag of dog toys and treats, the restaurant staff were so friendly and accommodating and the breakfast staff were just wonderful! It was my daughter’s birthday and the breakfast team sang and brought a special plate - we felt so special! Food was beautiful. We used the games room, the pool and booked the cinema room for the evening. All snacks were included in the cinema which we weren’t expecting! A thoroughly enjoyable experience- would recommend to anyone!

We all had an absolutely amazing time, the facilities are exceptional and all the staff are so lovely and welcoming and incredibly helpful and the rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable!

I have stayed here several times. The welcome is always friendly and the more expensive rooms are clean and comfortable. We chose not to dine in the restaurant but went into Stratford which is a 10 minute drive for our meal. The breakfast is always a well run, well stocked affair but this visit was exceptionally busy with larger parties arriving expecting to be seated together. The staff did very well to meet what I think was unreasonable expectations.

We arrived last Friday met with professional curtosy from the staff all through the hotel ,fabulous facilities ,fabulous food loads of choices ,spotless large rooms We will return someday Scott &Mandy from Chesterfield

Receptionists absolutely brilliant Pool/ games room excellent Bedroom very nice with 2 comfortable chairs ! Bar area - Comfortable welcoming had 1 evening meal (excellent) here. Staff again excellent Dining Room -Breakfasts good & well organised. Evening meal Food (Duck Breasts in particular very tough) generally was all disappointing. Service was slow and a bit chaotic despite the numerous staff present .

Amazing hotel with the friendliest staff I’ve come across. My 3yo son absolutely loved our stay and interacting with the staff who couldn’t do enough for him. We’ll be back for sure!

Very nice stay. Used spa and it was good. Room very clean. Breakfast excellent everything you could want and staff very attentive.

The hotel is close to town with a bus stop right outside , the amenities are great lovely pool and spa. , big free carpark At Dinner David & Charlie were efficient friendly and helpful with recommendations too. Would definitely recommend here

Great location with plenty of open ground for our dogs to run and close to bus stops! All staff were wonderful but especially Zoe and Laura who were so friendly and helpful The food was delicious too! The hotel atmosphere was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very comfortable beds and good sized rooms ! Great value and we hope to return soon!

On a whole the hotel was lovely and we enjoyed our stay, however we were booked into a spa break and on the day of arrival we were contacted by the spa staff asking if we could have our treatments earlier than we had booked.... we then changed our plans and arrived earlier. The spa staff were rather unorganised and we then ran late with our treatments and I in fact sat waiting over half an hour and I had to draw to their attention that I was waiting. Dinner in the evening I ordered a fillet steak and in fact received a tea bone steak which was rather fatty, I did query this and the hotel kindly offered us a free desert. I didn't check my bill but on returning home I had been charged for a t bone steak and an extra meal of a chicken dish that we had not ordered... in fairness to the hotel when I contacted them on my return home they refunded the extra meal I had been charged for... good job I checked my bill.... I had an elderly relative with me and one of our evenings I did have to call reception at midnight to complain that there was a lot of noise in our corridor and that I heard broken glass... the hotel were very prompt and addressed the issue which they dealt with very swiftly. Bearing in mind all the above, I would certainly visit again. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

We had a lovely stay here meeting up with family from different parts of the country. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the room was bright and airy and very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and ate in the restaurant on the first night. The food was of a high standard and beautifully presented. We thought the location was very good and only a short drive from the city centre. Stratford upon Avon is such a vibrant clean and lovely place to visit. Would stay here again if we come to Stratford in the future. The breakfast team (Zoe, Julie, Aziz, Laura Tom and Sam) were so polite and friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed with my daughter and grandchildren. The staff here are amazing… without exception, all were helpful and very welcoming. We had breakfast both days and it was excellent. We ate in both the bar and restaurant… really good food and good value. I had the crab and crayfish thermoder and it was amazing. The pool was lovely and warm. We visited Warwick Castle and Stratford… 2 great days. I can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you all for a fantastic short break!

We had the perfect stay. The hotel is lovely. Rooms spacious and clean. All the staff were so professional and friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. My boys loved the games room and we had a great movie night in the cinema. Well worth it!

Excellent staff in all areas of the hotel . Nice breakfast and the cinema room and games room was a bonus . The pool area and gym needs a bit of tlc.
