Spa day
Enjoyed a Spa day on 5/8/26 as a treat with a friend. We had a gorgeous lunch in the restaurant (the man on the bar- unsure of his name, was very friendly) followed by an amazing’Fit for business’ treatment by Ellie. She explained everything in detail before & after the treatment. The treatment was for 50 minutes & I didn’t want it to end! It was fantastic! I was left feeling very relaxed & revitalised. Thank you Ellie.
Fabulous spa day
Had the most amazing Fit for Business massage from Maisy. Very informative consultation before and after my treatment. Maisy was attentive, professional, friendly and considerate and made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout. The treatment was amazing - I left feeling lighter, more relaxed and ready to sleep! A relaxed day had at the spa with a very tasty lunch served by a very lovely gentleman whose name i did not get but he was fabulous (worked over lunch on 5/8/36). Thank you also to Ellie who greeted us when we arrived, showed us around and made sure that we were ok during our visit. Five stars from me - the very best staff who go out of their way to make your day special. Thank you
The Restaurant & Reception
Archie from the restraunt waited on us and was terrific made sure everything went smoothly and the food was delicious and Emma from reception was very helpful with my query brilliant staff overall :)
Fantastic family weekend.
Had a fantastic weekend to get the family together for my mum’s 80th birthday celebration. Great location and wonderful service across the whole hotel. Perfect all round with great facilities, spacious rooms and lovely grounds. Thank you!
Beautiful hotel
Went for a 2 night break last weekend! What a fabulous hotel – spotlessly clean throughout and in beautiful surroundings! The room we had was absolutely fine apart from not having air-con! A fan was provided but the heat was unbearable at times!! The staff were all spot on! All were very welcoming/friendly and very good at their jobs! Buffet Breakfast – nice variety to choose from - unfortunately some items not replenished as quickly as most would like! Dinner – fairly extensive menu – something for everyone! Overall – lovely stay. Found it to be quite expensive (bar and restaurant) but apart from that all good!!
Lovely experience, great service
Lovely trip with a friend for a spa trip with a great meal which was delicious and the service was fantastic by Archie! We were well cared for and it was such a lovely environment. Thank you for a great time!

Lovely two night break
Came for a two night break to Stratford upon Avon, and so glad we stayed at this Hotel, check in was quick and easy, and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the staff and food were excellent, breakfast was really nice with everything you needed to start the day.And the use of the swimming pool was an added bonus. If we ever come back to Stratford upon Avon we will definitely be staying here. Highly recommend Hotel
a very relaxing, destressing break away
We went on a two day/two night stay the food was really nice we were served food on our first night by a lovely waiter called Archie who was very polite and professional. We also had a back shoulder and neck massage and facial Ellie was really low key and the experience was very relaxing. Overall the staff were great and very friendly and professional. They were helpful when need and had good knowledge of the area and where to find things or things to do. A great experience all round.
Spa and treatment
I came with friends for a spa day, treatment and lunch and was generally very happy. We enjoyed a few hours relaxing in the spa by the pool and in the sauna and steam room, followed by an extremely relaxing and enjoyable facial carried out by a lovely young lady called Ellie who was very confident and friendly in a brilliant way. The facial its self was absolutely lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The lunch however was quite poor as me along with all my friends were not satisfied with the limited options with the day and the overall quality of the food which was sadly very poor. However all the staff were lovely and I had a very enjoyable experience and would recommend everything apart from the food.
Brilliant staff
A perfect base for visiting Kennilworth, Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon. The welcome we received at reception made us feel at home. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at this hotel and the quality of the food was excellent. What made this stay exceptional was the staff, everyone we encountered went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. All the staff should be congratulated on their cheerfulness and helpfulness, it really does make a difference.

Excellent Hotel, first class amenities, rooms spotless, great location, all staff were excellent, thanks to Archie who made an excellent break brilliant we will certainly return.
Spa and lunch
We came for the day to use the spa and have some lunch. Thank you to archie who was really helpful and chatting but was also happy to bring our food outside for us!
Very pleasant and comfortable stay
Very nice hotel and thoughtful provision for older children to include giant Guess Who, chess, table tennis and pool. The leisure facility is modest but ample for what we needed. The pool is nice and warm compared with others. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard. Our server Archie was particularly helpful at lunchtime and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Many thanks.
Family reunion
We were staying for a family event, 10 adults adults and 11 children. The hotel was perfect for our requirements. The children were very happy playing in the pool, the outside play area and the games room. The rooms were beautifully clean and beds comfortable and the quality and menu choice for the evening meal was excellent. Breakfast was good too. All the staff were helpful , friendly and remarkably tolerant with the little ones. We plan to return for another family reunion next year.
Spa Day
We didn't stay at the hotel but used the facilities for a Spa Day. It was was all good but the thing that really elevated the whole experience was the staff. We had a light lunch in the Bar area and Archie was fantastic - friendly, helpful, professional... everything that you'd want for a front of house staff member. A real credit to the hotel. And during the afternoon we both had back massages with the wonderful Olivia. I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I've ever had and I felt fantastic afterwards.

Excellent Spa Break
My husband and I had a wonderful 1 night spa break at Stratford Manor Hotel. Couldn’t fault it. Food in the restaurant was lovely & Archie who served us was really friendly and gave us great service. The spa facilities are good (it’s the second time I have been now) and our spa treatments with Olivia & Ellie were fantastic. I’ll hopefully be back very soon. Would highly recommend 😊
Care Free Break
Truly Grateful for having this break. My kids and I enjoyed our stay, especially the pool! The outdoor games!! Fantastic! Some suggestions to make this an even better experience: Cold water in summer hot days in the rooms, perhaps investing in better fans/ ceiling fans in summer as the heat was extreme, informing visitors there is no air conditioning in the rooms. Also- having kids meals options for ordering food when booking stay, more vegetarian options/ kosher/ halal. Affordable food options. Breakfast- excellent variety perhaps- boiled eggs, scrambled to offer too, fired bread did not go well with the fried egg. Perhaps pan fry them? I would definitely recommend with adjustments.
