Great place to stay
From the moment we arrived till the moment we left we had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful it was a pleasure to stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean and all you needed for a stay. The Spa was equally as lovely and we had the best facial and massage we have ever had. The food was delicious and hot and all the staff are so friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay here again and a huge recommendation to all our family and friends.
A Wonderful Birthday Stay at Stratford Manor Hotel
We are regular guests at the Q Hotels chain, and in particular, Stratford Manor Hotel, and once again we had a wonderful overnight stay. This visit was especially special as it was my birthday. The hotel went above and beyond with some lovely birthday treats, which made me feel really valued and genuinely special. It was a thoughtful touch and made the occasion even more enjoyable. Being members of the Breakaway Club is definitely worthwhile. You really do feel like a VIP when you stay, and the benefits and little touches make a real difference to the overall experience. The staff are always warm, welcoming and friendly, which makes us feel at home every time we visit. We honestly cannot recommend Stratford Manor and the Q Hotels chain highly enough. We look forward to returning and enjoying another great stay.
61st Birthday Treat.
Very friendly helpful staff. Pleasant quiet location. All essentials were in the room but think i would prefer to have a room with the fridge etc. Found the mattress a little uncomfortable for me. Noisy people in the next room to us late at night but it wouldn't put me off staying again. The back massage and facial were first class. Overall it was very good and most enjoyable.
Stratford Manor Hotel
Lovely hotel. Lots of amenities including a small but welcoming spa. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Everyone of them professional but friendly and can't do enough to help.
Great warm welcome
Megan on reception was very helpful and super polite she went out of her way to ensure we had all we needed, she was so patient and personable, a warm welcome and top quality customer service
Good for a spa weekend
Stayed in Oct 26 for a spa weekend with 3 other adults. We’ve stayed here quite a few times over the years and always have a lovely time. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Our massages were great too. The food is delicious, and shout out to our server David, who provided service with a smile :-) The car chargers are plentiful and fast. A few things could do with a bit of attention: *Gym- it has always been small but this year it was also depleted. No dumbbells or kettlebells between 3kg and 12.5kg bar one lone 8kg dumbbell. Two broken dumbbells had been left behind the rack gathering dust. *Coffee machines were mainly broken/malfunctioning- not ideal when the breakfast room is v busy! *The spa could do with a good clean.
A great Spa weekend
We were on a Spa weekend. The rooms were fine and the food was excellent. Well done, David, in the restaurant who attended to our every need and well done to Olivia and Ellie in the spa for giving us excellent treatments. Our only criticism is that the gym is small and some weights were missing but the pool, steam room and sauna were lovely. We've been on spa weekends here before and will be back again!
Relaxing and clean spa with professional staff
Came here with my Mum for a spa day. We were welcomed by everyone we interacted with. Delicious light lunch and spa was very relaxing as well as clean. Had a lovely facial with Jade who made me feel comfortable whilst also sharing her knowledge. Overall a great day!
All Round Great Value Hotel
The hotel is located around 3 miles from town with ample free parking, which is perfect if you have your own transport. The room was a generous size, clean and well maintained. Haing the option to use the pool and spa facilities adds to the value of this hotel. We ate in the bar the evening we arrived. The food was well presented and tasty. Breakfast was standard fare and plentyful, the only negative was the quality of the coffee from the machine - it was really weak and luke warm, so we just opted for tea. I would definitely choose this hotel again if returning to the area.
A welcome 5 star break
Lovely hotel set in gorgeous surroundings. The room was comfortable and had everything needed. We enjoyed the pool and spa massage from 2 well qualified therapists. Dinner & breakfast had a lot of choice & of good quality. Would definitely go back

Great location for Warwick Castle
Great hotel perfectly located for Warwick Castle with free parking. Breakfast excellent food and drink choices. Only negative was the temperature of the swimming pool, too cold for all of us and couldn’t stay in for long.
Brilliant family stay
Nice feeling in every part of this hotel. Quality food and a lovely comfy bed. A nice room which was perfect for our family of three. The pool was fun and so was the games room. Delicious breakfast- would recommend the pain au chocolates. Reviewed with the help of Sienna aged 10.
Couples Signature Spa Day
Myself & my husband went for a Couples Signature Spa Day @ Stratford Manor last week & had a lovely day with an opportunity for spending some quality time together 😊 The Spa facilities were great & my only slight criticism is there wasn’t a jacuzzi. Cleaning of the areas was seen throughout the day, which I have not witnessed in other Spa’s I have visited. The lunch included was really good especially as it was classed as a “Light Lunch” option & staff in the bar who served us were very attentive. After lunch we had a lovely treatment each & our therapists Emma & Ellie couldn’t be faulted for their skills in making us feel very relaxed & rejuvenated. Thank you for all involved at Stratford Manor.
Half term Staycation
In terms of staff from reception desk to the restaurant and bar, all the staff were friendly, helpful and kind. A big shout out to David who made our dinner time fun and ensured our breakfast table was ready next day as we were a party of 7. Simple touches like that was a thoughtful touch. Facilities like the games room and the cinema room our kids loved it! A great half term treat. Also shout out to the guest kids playing in the games room all the children were kind and respectful to each other and shared the games! My only gripe about the hotel; was the swimming pool and facilities which has seen better days & changing rooms and showers could be better maintained. But Stratford Manor is great location and great base to visit both Stratford upon Avon and Lemington Spa.
Great getaway with family activities
Great location between Stratford and Warwick for day trips. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the family swimming slots and the children's games room.

We had an amazing family stay
We had a wonderful stay with 6 adults and 6 children. Special thanks to Liam Coller in the call centre who could not have been more helpful in sorting out rooms for us and taking advantage of discounts for interconnecting rooms for the children. We had dinner in the bar dining area. The food was great, including the kids menu. Again, special thanks to the bar waiting staff and to the kitchen staff who made everything easy for us despite dealing with a huge gala dinner at the same time. Well done and thank you!
